Join others living with Parkinson's for fun, evidence based activities that support health and connection.  

Activities which vary monthly may include trivia, arts and crafts, tai chi, chair yoga, music therapy and more!  A free lunch is provided, followed by complimentary vocal therapy. 

Come and have fun making new friends with others on the same journey.
