This fund honors the legacy of Austin resident Victor Becker, whose life reflects the spirit of the CAPS mission.

After receiving a Parkinson’s diagnosis, Victor became the first person with PD on our board, eventually serving as president in 2020. He guided CAPS through the pandemic while strengthening our impact in the community.
