Rosemarie Nesbitt’s professional path is a blend of heart, humor, and a whole lot of real-life experience. Before stepping into the high-intensity world of healthcare, she spent 14 cherished years at home raising her children, a role she considers both an honor and the best leadership training anyone could ask for. Once her kids were a little older (and slightly less rambunctious), she traded zookeeper duty for scrubs and went on to specialize in Critical Care Nursing in the Neuro and Trauma ICU, where she learned to stay calm under pressure and developed a deep respect for the resilience of the human brain and the human spirit.

Today, Rosemarie brings that same compassion and determination to her role at Boston Scientific as the Territory Manager for Deep Brain Stimulation (DBS) across Austin, San Antonio, and the surrounding areas. She’s with patients through every step of their DBS journey—standing beside them in the operating room on surgery day, supporting them at neurological appointments, and helping navigate all the “Is this normal?” moments along the way. Her goal is simple: to ensure no one living with Parkinson’s feels like they’re walking this path alone. Rosemarie is deeply committed to helping individuals regain freedom, confidence, and control through advanced therapy options.

When she’s not supporting patients, Rosemarie can usually be found exercising, working outdoors, or tormenting her endlessly patient husband of 27+ years with DIY projects that always start with “It’ll only take a weekend…”. She is also famous for giving extremely helpful (or so she thinks and only occasionally unsolicited) life lectures to her three young adult children.
